Richardson, Planning Manager SUBJECT: Consider a request for preliminary plat approval of Barrington Heights, Phase VII FILE: Preliminary Plat - Barrington Heights, Phase VII STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval subject to the following conditions:  Install three OM-4P end-of-roadway markers at the deadends of Claybourn Drive and Ellington Lane.  Install stop signs and street markers at the intersections of Windrose/Claybourn and Windrose/Ellington. Carroll & Blackman, Inc. is applying for preliminary plat approval of a Barrington Heights, Phase VII, a 9 acre, 30 lot, single family residential subdivision. The property is located west of Prescott Drive. All street, storm sewer, water and sanitary sewer improvements will be constructed to current City specifications. Access to the property will be via extensions of Claybourn and Ellington and with the construction of a new street, Windrose Drive. Sidewalks will be constructed on both sides of the streets and all utilities will be underground. As per the Barrington Heights Master Plan, future Phase VIII will include plans for an additional collector outlet to Delaware Extension. Exhibits are attached.
