Richardson, Planning Manager SUBJECT: Consider a request for an amended plat of Lot 63 and the West 2 of Lot 62, Block 7, Langham Addition into Lots 62A and 63A, Block 7, Langham Addition FILE: Amended Plat - Lots 62A and 63A, Block 7, Langham Addition STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval of the amended plat subject to the following condition: 1. Show the addresses on the plat and of the variance to the lot widths from 50' to 44.98'. Faust Engineering & Surveying, Inc. has applied for an amended plat of Lot 63 and the West 2 of Lot 62, Block 7, Langham Addition into Lots 62A and 63A, Block 7, Langham Addition. The subject property currently consists of a sixty foot wide lot and a thirty foot wide lot. The lender on the property is requiring that the plat be amended to create two lots that are approved by the Planning Commission in case one of the lots is sold in the future. Exhibits are attached.
