STAFF REPORT
The Planning staff recommends approval.
Richard Faust, representing Faust Engineering and Surveying, Inc., has requested an
Amended Plat of Lot 12 and Lot 13, Block A, Amelia Heights Addition, Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas.
The purpose of the plat is to relocate a lot line.
The lots meet the minimum lot width requirement for residential property.
