utility easement

STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
Mr. and Mrs. David Truax are requesting the abandonment of the west
6' of a 15' utility easement that runs along the rear of their property
at 1920 Edson. The Truax=s wish to install a swimming pool in their
backyard.
This item was sent to all interested parties. No negative responses
have been received.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR ORDINANCE PURPOSES
Being the west 6 feet x 85 feet of the 15 foot utility easement along
the rear of Lot 28 and the south 5 feet of Lot 29, Block 1, Tall
Timbers Addition, City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
containing 0.011 acres, more or less.
