The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
Mark W. Whiteley, the applicant, is requesting the abandonment of a
5' wide water line easement that diagonally crosses a tract of land at
th
the corner of 14 and Harrison. The property is owned by Sam
Parigi.
Within the last several months, Mr. Parigi has been working with the
City to relocate and add additional water lines in this area to facilitate
current and future development.
This item was sent to all interested parties. No negative responses
have been received.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR ORDINANCES PURPOSES
Being that 5' x 180' water line easement recorded in Vol. 852, Pg.
12 of the Jefferson County Deed Records and that diagonally crosses
the northwest corner of Tr. 1, Block 27, J.B. Langham Sr. Estate
Addition, City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, containing
0.020 acres, more or less.
