HomeMy WebLinkAbout671-OB DATE: September 20, 2004 TO: Planning Commission FROM: Stephen C. Richardson, Planning Manager SUBJECT: Request for the abandonment of part of a utility easement FILE: 671-OB STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request. Doug Canant, with DD#6, states that the property owners were very cooperative in a joint project between DD#6 and the City whereby they allowed DD#6 to place two 36" storm culverts through their yard and granted DD#6 an easement for that purpose. Because of the property owners= cooperation, Mr. Canant told them that he would pursue the abandonment of a portion of a utility easement which is no longer needed. This item was sent to all interested parties. No objections were received. Exhibits are attached.
