SUBJECT: Request for an abandonment of a 30' utility easement at the
rear of 1945 Westchase Drive.

The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
Sam Parigi, managing partner of Westchase Development, is
requesting an abandonment of a 30' x 50' drainage easement along
the rear of 1945 Westchase Drive. There is a DD#6 drainage ditch
along a portion of the east side of the Westchase Addition. The south
end of this easement ends on the subject property.
This abandonment request was sent to all interested parties. No
negative responses were received. DD#6 has agreed to the
abandonment of the easement on this lot.

Being a 30' x 50' drainage easement extending along the rear of Lot
14, Westchase Addition, City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
containing 0.034 acres, more or less.
