Bullock Survey, Abst. 7, Plat B3 into Paul Boudreaux Addition, No. 1, Lots 1-3 FILE: Replat - Paul Boudreaux Addition, No. 1, Lots 1-3 STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval with variances to the following:  Lot 1 - minimum lot width (50' to 40.01'), minimum lot depth (100' to 70.88'), minimum rear building setback (25' to 9.5'), minimum lot area (5,000 sq. ft. to 2,835.90 sq. ft.)  Lot 2 - minimum lot depth (100' to 70.86'), minimum rear building setback (25' to 11.8'), minimum lot area (5,000 sq. ft. to 3,543 sq. ft.)  Lot 3 - minimum lot depth (100' to 70.85'), minimum rear building setback (25' to 12'), minimum lot area (5,000 sq. ft. to 4,251 sq. ft.). This property has had three small houses located on it for many years. The purpose of this replat is to give each house a separate legal description roughly along the lines of the Last Will and Testament of Paul Boudreaux.
