The Planning Manager recommends approval.
Fittz & Shipman, Inc. has applied for a replat of a portion of Lots
80-82, College Acres Addition and a portion of the Penske Tract out
of the David Brown Survey, A-5 into Lots 81A and 81B, College
Acres Addition. The property is located at 4710 and 4770 College.
The property is being bought and replatted for commercial
development. Sidewalks will be required at the time of development.
This item was sent to all interested parties. No negative responses
have been received.
