STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval.
In May, 2010, Chinmaya Shripati Temple obtained a specific use
permit to construct a place of worship on that six acre portion of the
subject property that is zoned RM-H. The temple also obtained a
zone change to GC-MD-2 for the remaining five acres.
Chinmaya Shripati Temple would now like to replat its property into
three lots. Lot 1 will be six acres in size. Lots 2 and 3 will each be
approximately 2.5 acres in size. The temple will sell the two smaller
lots for future development. Sidewalks will be required at the time of
development.
