Richardson, Planning Manager SUBJECT: Consider a request for a replat of the remainder of Lots 12 and 13 and a portion of Lot 11, Wescalder Fig Acres Addition into Lots 1-3, Chinmaya Shripati Temple Complex Addition FILE: Replat - Lots 1-3, Chinmaya Shripati Temple Complex Addition STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval. In May, 2010, Chinmaya Shripati Temple obtained a specific use permit to construct a place of worship on that six acre portion of the subject property that is zoned RM-H. The temple also obtained a zone change to GC-MD-2 for the remaining five acres. Chinmaya Shripati Temple would now like to replat its property into three lots. Lot 1 will be six acres in size. Lots 2 and 3 will each be approximately 2.5 acres in size. The temple will sell the two smaller lots for future development. Sidewalks will be required at the time of development.
