The Planning Manager recommends approval.
Michael Alfred has applied for the abandonment of a 337.66'
unimproved portion of Avenue F. This section of Ave. F is located
adjacent to Mr. Alfred=s property in the Cartwright Addition.
Mr. Alfred recently enclosed a portion of his property with a fence in
order to store landscaping materials. In addition to this
abandonment request, Mr. Alfred has also requested that Tracts II and
III be rezoned from LI to GC-MD. It is his intention to construct a
convenience store and a laundromat on part of the property.
This item was sent to all interested parties. No negative responses
have been received.
