Patrick Gibbs, agent for an adjacent property owner, has applied for the abandonment of the alley behind Lot 1, Tract 1, Block 9, Fuller and Keith Addition. Mr. Gibbs states that the property owner is renovating the old Red Cross Building at 708 Magnolia. Parts of the 30' wide alley that ran from Hazel to North have been abandoned over the years and all that remains is the subject 15' x 58' portion.
