STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval subject to the following
condition:
1. Addresses must be shown on the plat.
Fittz & Shipman, Inc. has applied for the replat of Tract 1,
Williamson Acres into Tracts 1A and 1B, Williamson Acres. The
purpose of the replat is to subdivide the 24.81 acre Tract 1
into two smaller tracts. Tract 1A will be 16.81 acres in size
and Tract 1B will be 8 acres in size. A house exists on the
proposed Tract 1A.
