SUBJECT: Consider a request for a preliminary plat of West Chase Village,
Section Eleven

STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval subject to the following
conditions:
1. Sidewalks will be required. If not installed immediately,
an alternative financial agreement with the City will be
entered into.
2. Designate on the plat how the water main will be looped.
3. Show required fire hydrants.
Don King, representing Construction Equity, Inc., has applied
for preliminary approval of West Chase Village, Section Eleven.
The property is located at 2610-2655 Weatherstone Circle and
7765-7795 Devonshire.
This 4.793 acre extension of West Chase Village will include
14 single family lots. The property will be accessed by an
extension of Devonshire Drive and a new cul-de-sac street
Weatherstone Circle.
This item was sent to all interested parties. In addition to
the aforementioned conditions, Water Utilities states that the
department will review the water and sanitary sewer design in
detail when the preliminary construction plans are submitted
and will address any additional comments at that time.
