STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval.
Faust Engineering and Surveying, Inc., representing the property
owner, has applied for a replat of Lot 2, McDougald Addition into
Lots 1-3, Hill Addition. The property is located at 8680, 8690 and
8710 Baker Rd.
A residential building permit has been issued for Lot 3. The purpose
of the replat is to create additional lots for residential use.
