Retain the abandoned alley as a general utility easement. Rev. Mark Adams, pastor of First Baptist Church has applied for the abandonment of a 20' x 203' portion of an alley in Block 5, Calder Addition. The alley is currently used as a parking lot for the church. This item was sent to all interested parties. An 8" sanitary sewer line is located in the alley so approval is conditioned on retaining a 20' wide general utility easement. PUBLIC NOTIFICATION Notices mailed to property owners 1 .
