Richardson, Planning Manager SUBJECT: Consider a request for a replat of a 5.420 portion of Metropolitan Park, Phase I into Pad Site A A @ FILE: Replat - Pad Site A A @, Metropolitan Park, Phase I STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval subject to the following condition: 1. Put the address on the plat. Leap Engineering, representing Bryan Lee, has applied for a replat of a 5.420 portion of Metropolitan Park, Phase I into Pad Site A A @. The property is located at the southwest corner of Dowlen Road and Metropolitan Drive. In May, 2008 Metropolitan Park, Phase I was platted. Metropolitan Park, Phase I consisted of 15.192 acres of land. Mr. Lee has a buyer/developer for 5.420 acres of this property, thus the need for a replat. This item was sent to all interested parties.
