STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval.
Faust Engineering & Surveying, Inc. has applied for a request to
abandon two alleys. The alleys are located at 1415 and 1455
Pennsylvania.
The former Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club and Resale Shop are
under contract for sale. Frontier Machine Works, LLC proposes to
purchase the property for use as a machine shop. A specific use
permit for the machine shop will be considered by the Planning
Commission and City Council under today=s Joint Public Hearing.
This item was sent to all interested parties. No negative responses
have been received.
