STAFF REPORT
The Planning Staff recommends approval of the preliminary plat.
Carroll & Blackman, Inc. is requesting preliminary plat approval of Deerfield, Phase
Three, a 16 lot, single family residential development. Phase Three will extend street
improvements and utilities for Carrie Lane and Winnsboro Circle.
All streets, storm sewer, water and sanitary sewer improvements will be constructed to
current City specifications. Electrical service within this development will be a
combination of underground and overhead.
This item was sent to all interested parties.
