FILE: Replat of Lots 23-25, Block 223A into Lots 23A-31A, Block 223A, Glenwood Estates, Beaumont, Texas. STAFF REPORT The Planning staff recommends approval. Jeremy Mitchell of Faust Engineering and Surveying, Inc., is requesting a replat of the properties located at 4416-4436 Galveston and 2890-3040 Fillmore Street on behalf of Habitat for Humanity of Jefferson County. This property was deeded to Habitat from the City of Beaumont in 2012. Water and sewer were not available at that time, so residential lots were not necessary for the majority of the area. Water and sewer is now being made available to the area. The lots exceed the minimum lot area, width and depth requirements for residential property. Exhibits are attached.
