Staff recommends approval of this request.
Bernardino D. Tristan, representing Construction Equity, Inc., has applied for preliminary
approval of West Chase Village, Section Twelve. The property includes 2610-2655
Rigby and 7735-7755 Devonshire.
This 4.578 acre extension of West Chase Village will include 13 single family lots. The
property will be accessed by an extension of Devonshire Drive and a new cul-de-sac
street Rigby.
This item was sent to all interested parties. Water Utilities will review the water and
sanitary sewer design, including the line sizes and grades, water services, fire hydrants,
flush outs, valves, sewer services, manholes, clean outs, and easements in detail when
the preliminary construction plans are submitted and will address any additional
comments at that time.
