STAFF REPORT
The Planning staff recommends approval.
Kim Carroll, representing Carroll & Blackman, Inc., has submitted a Plat of the 6.212
acre Deerfield Phase IV Subdivision. The property is located north of the intersection of
Deerfield Drive and S.H. 105.
The purpose of the plat is to create 20 single family residential lots.
The lot exceeds the minimum lot area, width and depth requirements for residential
property.
