STAFF REPORT
The Planning staff recommends approval.
Richard Faust, representing Faust Engineering and Surveying, Inc., has requested
approval of Replat of the 2.06 acre Lot 1 & Lot 2 Meeker West Subdivision into Lot 1A,
Lot 2A Meeker West Subdivision. The property is located at Old Sour Lake Road and
195 Patina Drive.
The purpose of the plat is to move a lot line, which the residence sits upon, to allow the
structure to be located within the property lines.
The lots exceed the minimum lot area, width and depth requirements for residential
property.
