STAFF REPORT
The Planning staff recommends approval subject to the following condition to be noted
on the plat:
1. Maintenance of common areas to be the responsibility of the owners and not the City
of Beaumont.
Fittz & Shipman, Inc. has requested approval of a Replat of Lots 10 – 13, Block 5,
Pointe’ Park, into Lots 10, 11, 12, 12A, & 13, Block 5, Pointe’ Park. The property is
located at 6540, 6550, 6560 and 6570 Pointe Park Drive.
The purpose of the plat is to correct lot line locations to make five (5) lots from four (4)
lots.
The lots do meet the minimum lot area, width and depth requirements for residential
individual townhouses or condominiums in the RM-H District.
