The Planning staff recommends approval.
Faust Engineering and Surveying, Inc. has requested preliminary plat approval of Love’s
Subdivision. The property is located at the north side of the intersection of IH-10 S and Smith
Road in the ETJ of the City of Beaumont. The development is a 30.56 acre, 3 lot, subdivision.
All lots will access Smith Road or IH-10 Service Road. Water and sanitary sewer will be
provided by extension of West Jefferson County Water Municipal Water District Services.
This item was sent to all interested parties.
