Faust Engineering and Surveying, Inc. has requested preliminary plat approval of Love’s Subdivision. The property is located at the north side of the intersection of IH-10 S and Smith Road in the ETJ of the City of Beaumont. The development is a 30.56 acre, 3 lot, subdivision. All lots will access Smith Road or IH-10 Service Road. Water and sanitary sewer will be provided by extension of West Jefferson County Water Municipal Water District Services.
