STAFF REPORT
The Planning staff recommends denial.
The purpose of the plat is to create two tracts.
Jimmy Verrett, representing Arceneaux, Wilson & Cole has requested approval of a
Replat of a portion of Block 14, Columbus Cartwright Subdivision No. 1. The property is
located at 1255 IH-10 South.
However, the proposed Tract B does not meet the minimum lot size of 10,000 square feet
as required by the subdivision regulations and zoning ordinance for a lot in an L-I (Light
Industrial) District.
The applicant is requesting waivers for:
The required minimum lot size of 100’ X 100’, the required building setbacks, the
required parking, and the required landscaping and buffers.
