The Planning staff recommends approval:
Soutex Surveyors & Engineers has requested approval of the replat of a part of Block 41
and Block 42, M. C. Cartwright Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas into
Mustang CAT Beaumont, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas. The property is located
th
at 2895 W. Cardinal Drive on the southeast corner of the intersection of 4 Street and W.
Cardinal Drive. The proposed subdivision is a 12.0662 acre, single industrial lot
development. Sanitary sewer and water will be provided by City of Beaumont.
This item was sent to all interested parties.
