Cartwright Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas into Mustang CAT Beaumont, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas. The property is located th at 2895 W. Cardinal Drive on the southeast corner of the intersection of 4 Street and W. Cardinal Drive. The proposed subdivision is a 12.0662 acre, single industrial lot development.
