Jefferson County, Texas.

STAFF REPORT
The Planning staff recommends approval with the following conditions:
1. Comply with all City water and sewer requirements.
LJA Engineering has requested preliminary plat approval of Deerfield, Phase 6. The 26
lot, 6.2024 acre, residential development is located at the intersection of Hwy 105 and
Deerfield Drive. All lots will have access to Hwy. 105 via the proposed Vaquero Drive.
City water and sewer will be provided by extending existing City Utilities.
This item was sent to all interested parties.
