FILE: Preliminary Plat – Wooten Oaks Addition, Phase 2 ___ STAFF REPORT The Planning staff recommends approval with the following conditions: 1. Build a temporary cul-de-sac at the south end of Willowglen Drive. 2. Provide dimensions for all road center lines and center points for radii. 3. Comply with all water and sewer requirements (see attached memorandum). Faust Engineering and Surveying, Inc. has requested preliminary plat approval of Wooten Oaks Addition, Phase 2. The project is located south of Washington Boulevard at the southern end of Wooten Road within the Beaumont City Limits. The development is an 4.3 acre, nineteen (19) lot, single family, residential subdivision. The residential streets, Oak Dale and Willowglen Drive, have a fifty foot (50’) right-of-way with a pavement width of twenty-six feet (26’). Water and sewer will be provided by extension of City of Beaumont utilities. This item was sent to all interested parties. Exhibits are attached.
