FILE: 873-OB STAFF REPORT Planning staff recommends approval. Greater Grace Temple has requested the abandonment of the alley located at 3540 S. 11th Street. The congregation owns the entire block, and would like to construct a church building and parking. The alley runs through the middle of their property. The church hopes to abandon the alley without the retention of an easement. This item was sent to all interested parties.
