Preliminary Plat – Meadows Subdivision, Phase 3 West FILE: STAFF REPORT The Planning staff recommends approval with the following conditions: 1. Provide drainage easements for all ditches temporary or permanent. 2. Provide addresses for all lots. Schaumburg & Polk, Inc. has requested preliminary plat approval of The Meadows Subdivision Phase Three - West. The project is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Keith Road and Dishman Road, within the city limits. The development is a 9.376 acre, thirty-four (34) lot, single family, residential subdivision. With the exception of the northern part of Meadow Run, with its sixty (60) foot right-of-way and thirty-seven (37) foot wide pavement, all other streets will have a fifty (50) foot right-of-way and twenty-seven (27) foot wide pavement. The proposed water and sewer will be serviced by City of Beaumont utilities. This item was sent to all interested parties. Exhibits are attached.
