Faust Engineering and Surveying, Inc. has requested approval of the replat of Lot 1D, Block 12 Wescalder Fig Acres, into Lots 1E, 1F and 1G, Block 12, Wescalder Fig Acres, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas. The property is located at 8855 Baker Road within the Beaumont City Limits. The proposed 3.23 acre replat will create three (3) lots from one (1).
