STAFF REPORT
Access Surveyors has requested approval of the replat of Lot 28, Block 2, Garden Villas
Addition, into Lots 28A, and 28B, Block 2, Garden Villas, Jefferson County, Texas.
The property is located at 7330 and 7344 Shady Lane in the E.T.J. The proposed 2.971
acre replat will create two lots from one. Water and sewer will be provided by individual
wells and septic systems. The property is located in flood zone AE, also known as the
flood hazard.
The Planning staff recommends approval.
This item was sent to all interested parties.
