FILE: 1742-Z STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request. Gwendolyn Kelly, the property owner, is requesting a zone change from GC-MD-2 to RS for the property located at 2095 S. Major Drive. In 2003, Ms. Kelly, along with three of her neighbors, was granted a zone change to GC-MD-2. It was Ms. Kelly=s desire to open a craft and hobby shop. Since that time, due to unforseen circumstances, her plans have changed and she would like to rezone to RS. Exhibits are attached. PUBLIC NOTIFICATION Notices mailed to property owners 22 .
