Single Family Dwelling) District.

STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
Gwendolyn Kelly, the property owner, is requesting a zone change
from GC-MD-2 to RS for the property located at 2095 S. Major
Drive.
In 2003, Ms. Kelly, along with three of her neighbors, was granted a
zone change to GC-MD-2. It was Ms. Kelly=s desire to open a craft
and hobby shop. Since that time, due to unforseen circumstances,
her plans have changed and she would like to rezone to RS.
