(Residential Single Family Dwelling) District or more restrictive
district.

STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
In October, the majority of the property owners within the Westhaven
Terrace Addition came to City Council to request that the City initiate
a zone change for their subdivision. The subdivision consists of 46 lots
and is currently zoned RM-H (Residential Multiple Family
Dwelling-Highest Density) District. All of the developed lots are
occupied by single family residences.
