restrictive district.

STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
Robert Chapman, the property owner, is requesting a zone change
from RM-H (Residential Multiple Family Dwelling) District to GC-MD
(General Commercial-Multiple Family Dwelling) District for the
property located at 4337 Crow Road.
The property is currently occupied by a now vacant building that was
used as a day care. Mr. Chapman would like to demolish that
building and construct a new structure to house his insurance agency.
He currently offices next door at 4345 Crow Road. That property
was rezoned to GC-MD in 2001.
