The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
Genese Pugh, the property owner, is requesting this zone change from
GC-MD (General Commercial-Multiple Family Dwelling) District to RS
(Residential Single Family Dwelling) District for her property located
at 3320 Delaware.
Ms. Pugh states that the property is used as a single family residence
and would like to pay residential taxes.
