FILE: 1855-P STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request. Christ Gospel Church is requesting a specific use permit to allow the expansion of its church to an existing building at 3235 Highland Avenue. Reverend Samuel Jones, pastor of the church, states that the building will be used primarily on Sundays for Sunday school classrooms. The church will be building a new sanctuary and this building will become their educational facility. The pastor states that the building will be painted and renovated.
