SUBJECT: Consider a request for a zone change from GC-MD-2 (General
Commercial-Multiple Family Dwelling-2) District to PUD
(Planned Unit Development) District.

STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
Richard L. Guseman is requesting a zone change from GC-MD-2
(General Commercial-Multiple Family Dwelling-2) District to PUD
(Planned Unit Development) District for a 6 acre tract of land
between Delaware St. and Barrington Heights.
The proposed site plan includes eight stand alone buildings that
encompass a total of 48,100 sq. ft., related parking and landscaping.
The development will accommodate a mix of professional/business
office and commercial uses. The purpose of the rezoning to PUD is to
allow some flexibility with the mixed uses planned for this project.
Each use will require a specific use permit.
