ANALYSIS continued
This application is in conformance with the eight conditions necessary
for approval. Comments on Conditions 1 and 7 follow:
1. The proposed church will not be detrimental to the
surrounding area. In 1997, City Council approved a
specific use permit to allow a church on the property
immediately to the south of the subject property at 1685
Park. That church no longer exists.
7. Parking exists along the north side of the building. There
will be no expansion of the parking lot so no additional
landscaping is required.
