The Planning Manager recommends approval.
Gary Hidalgo, representing Spindletop MHMR Services, has applied for
a zone change from RS (Residential Single Family Dwelling) District to
RM-H (Residential Multiple Family-High Density) District. The

subject property is located at 2795 S. 8 and 3265 Roberts.
Mr. Hidalgo states that MHMR=s property at 2750, 2895 and 2725
th
S. 8 are all zoned RM-H. This zone change would make all of
MHMR=s property consistent and would enable it to build 14 housing
units on this site if HUD Section 811 funding is approved.
