FILE: 2171 - Z ___ STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval. Ms. Christina Ciampo is requesting a zone change from R-S (Residential Single Family Dwelling) District to NC (Neighborhood Commercial) District. The subject property is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Garner Road and Concord Road. This zone change will allow for the property to be used for commercial uses. The property is currently occupied by a single family residence. There are existing commercial uses in the area and the proposed zone change is in keeping with the zoning pattern to the west, south and southeast. Exhibits are attached.
