FILE: 2268 – Z ___ STAFF REPORT Planning staff recommends approval of the request. John Wilson is requesting a zone change for approximately 0.2563 acre lot at 1350 W. Lucas Drive. Property to the north and west is zoned R-S (Residential Single Family Dwelling District) and GC-MD (General Commercial - Multiple Family Dwelling District) to the east and south. The proposed zone change would allow the property to be used as the business office for J. Wilson's Restaurant located one lot south at 4190 Gladys.
