FILE: 2258-P ___ STAFF REPORT Staff recommends approval of the request. Goodwill Industries of Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana would like to use the property at 3445 Phelan Boulevard for their corporate headquarters. Please note that final occupancy approval is subject to review and acceptance of submitted plans and field inspections to verify compliance with applicable codes. Exhibits are attached.
