FILE: 2314-P ___ STAFF REPORT Staff recommends approval with the following condition: 1. Ten (10) foot wide landscaped buffers and an eight (8) foot wood or masonry screening fence be provided along the east, south and west property lines. College Street Storage, L.L.C. has submitted a proposed Mini Storage Facility for the property located at 9695 College Street. Facility will consist of two (2) buildings, each with twenty-four (24) units designed for Recreational Vehicle and boat storage. Please note that final occupancy approval is subject to review and acceptance of submitted plans and field inspections to verify compliance with applicable codes. Exhibits are attached.
