STAFF REPORT
Staff recommends approval of the request.
Joseph Endari is requesting a rezoning of the property located at 1575 Evalon Avenue.
Three lots fronting on M.L. King Parkway are zoned GC-MD (General Commercial -
Multiple Family Dwelling District). These three lots, although adjacent to the first
three, are zoned LI (Light Industrial). Mr. Endari hopes to have the entire property
zoned GC-MD, so that it could be developed as a unit.
Please note that final occupancy approval is subject to review and acceptance of
submitted plans and field inspections to verify compliance with applicable codes.
