FILE: 2297-Z ___ STAFF REPORT Staff recommends approval of the request. Shaver Family Partners, LTD, is requesting a zone change for the construction of a single-story office building. A Specific Use Permit would be required, in the future, for any proposed use. Blackmon lane, the only access to the property, is a 20 foot wide residential street. All utilities accessed by the property are of residential grade. Although the zoning would be compatible with the surrounding area, the street and utilities would need to be upgraded for any commercial use. Exhibits are attached.
