FILE: 2361 – Z ___ STAFF REPORT Reid C. Wilson, Wilson, Cribbs & Goren, P.C., is requesting a zone change for 10.91 acres of land located just south of Triumph Church, from RS (Residential Single Family Dwelling) to GC-MD (General Commercial - Multiple Family Dwelling) District. A 100' wide, former railroad right-of-way to the west, and a pipeline easement to the south, will both remain residentially zoned. The applicant intends to sell the property once it has been zoned for commercial uses. Staff recommends approval of the request. Please note that final occupancy approval is subject to review and acceptance of submitted plans and field inspections to verify compliance with applicable codes. Exhibits are attached.
