STAFF REPORT
Gerald Condon has requested a rezoning from from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) District to
RM-H (Residential Multiple Family Dwelling - Highest Density) for a portion of the property
located at 95 South Major Drive.
Mr. Condon is selling this property to a company who hopes to build an apartment complex at
this location.
Planning staff recommends approval of the request.
Please note that final occupancy approval is subject to review and acceptance of submitted plans
and field inspections to verify compliance with applicable codes.
