FILE: 2323-P ___ STAFF REPORT Tu Van Nguyen has requested a Gaming room with five (5) machines to be located at 2285 Calder Avenue. Please note that final occupancy approval is subject to review and acceptance of submitted plans and field inspections to verify compliance with applicable codes. Staff recommends approval of the request with the following condition: 1. Limited to no more than five (5) machines. 2. Owner must maintain adequate security. Exhibits are attached.
